Electronate is a cloud-based software platform designed for electrical contractors and panelboard manufacturers to perform digital takeoffs, analyze specifications using artificial intelligence, and generate quotes. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to updates and modifications.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and project data. You maintain all ownership rights to the project files (PDF drawings, specifications, quotes) you upload or generate using the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any other destructive code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems or networks.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission from Electronate.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Electronate utilizes artificial intelligence for specification analysis. While we strive for accuracy, the AI-generated outputs should be reviewed and verified by a qualified human professional. Electronate is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misinterpretations resulting from the use of the AI Spec Analysis tool.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Electronate, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

9. Changes to Terms
